These Terms & Conditions govern your use of NS Attire (https://nsattire.com), operated by N S Enterprises, having its registered office at Shop No. 138, Vardhman Ring Road Market, Vikaspuri Road, New Delhi, West Delhi, Delhi - 110018, GSTIN 07HEJPS3311J1Z8. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance Of Terms

By browsing, registering, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract, and accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Products & Services

We sell premium men's apparel and lifestyle goods including jackets, blankets and rugs. Product images are representational. While we make every effort to display colours and details accurately, slight variations due to monitor settings, lighting, or hand-finished craft are inherent and acceptable.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all taxes.
• Final payable amount including shipping (if applicable) and COD handling (if applicable) is displayed before payment confirmation.
• We accept UPI and Cash On Delivery (COD). A handling fee of ₹49 applies to COD orders.
• We reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice. Orders already placed are honoured at the price at the time of order.

4. Order Acceptance

Submission of an order is a request to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or non-serviceable pincodes. Full refunds are processed for any cancellations on our part.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Refer to our dedicated Shipping Policy for timelines, charges and serviceability. We ship pan-India through trusted logistics partners. Risk and title to goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for detailed terms. In summary: 7-day return window from delivery date, items must be unused and in original packaging, refunds initiated within 48 hours of receipt of returned goods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the NS Attire name, logo, product designs, photography, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of N S Enterprises. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or modification is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit false personal information, false reviews or impersonate any party.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or systematically extract content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, N S Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Prohibited Goods

We do not deal in, sell or facilitate the sale of any prohibited or restricted items including drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, lottery, tobacco or alcohol products, or any item restricted under Indian law.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance arising from causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government actions, or failure of public infrastructure.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
