Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and all UPI apps) and Cash On Delivery (COD). A ₹49 handling fee applies to COD orders.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All UPI transactions are processed via PCI-compliant infrastructure with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card or banking details on our servers.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 4 hours of placement. After that, the order enters dispatch processing. Email care@nsattire.com with your order number to request changes.
How do I get a GST invoice?
A GST-compliant invoice (with our GSTIN 07HEJPS3311J1Z8) is automatically attached to your order confirmation email. For B2B GST invoices with your business GSTIN, write to us before placing the order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours from our Delhi warehouse. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days pan India. Remote pincodes may take an additional 2–3 days.
What is the shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders above ₹1499. Below this, a flat ₹79 shipping charge applies.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap for 2025.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime and enter your order number with the email or phone you used at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Sale and customised items are final sale.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are initiated within 48 hours. UPI refunds reflect in 3–5 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer in 5–7 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
For size exchanges and damaged items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, a reverse pickup fee of ₹99 applies and is deducted from your refund.
Can I exchange instead of return?
Yes. Size exchanges are free. Request via care@nsattire.com within 7 days of delivery. Subject to stock availability.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every piece is sourced and quality-checked by our atelier in New Delhi. Each item ships with an authenticity tag.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Most popular pieces are restocked. Add the item to your wishlist and you will be notified when it returns.
What materials do you use?
Each product page lists exact composition. We work with premium fabrics — wool, cotton, linen, hand-loomed weaves and natural fibres.
