Cash On Delivery orders carry an additional ₹49 handling fee, displayed transparently before payment confirmation.
Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in New Delhi within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Timelines exclude dispatch processing. Total order-to-doorstep time is dispatch + delivery.
We currently deliver pan-India to all serviceable pincodes covered by our logistics partners. At checkout, your pincode is validated against the selected state — invalid combinations are flagged before payment to prevent delivery failures.
If your pincode is not serviceable, you will see a message at checkout. In rare cases of non-serviceability discovered after order placement, we will contact you within 24 hours to refund the order in full or arrange alternative delivery.
We partner with reputed logistics providers including Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart and India Post for last-mile delivery. The choice of partner is based on serviceability, speed and reliability for your pincode.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking link and AWB number. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime and enter your order number with the email/phone used at checkout.
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally ship in separate parcels for faster delivery. Each parcel will have its own tracking link. You are not charged extra for multiple shipments.
Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail and we cannot reach you on the registered phone, the order is returned to our warehouse. In such cases:
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If you accept the parcel and discover damage upon opening, photograph the package and contents within 48 hours and email care@nsattire.com. We will arrange replacement or refund.
For shipments marked as lost in transit by our courier partner, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund within 7 business days of confirmed loss.
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap and will be announced via newsletter when available.
